I recently photographed a Wedding at a venue I'd not visited before-Albrighton Hall on the edge of Shrewsbury.

Its a Mercure Hotel & Spa, a lovely venue set on a lake and with a really friendly team happy to help out. I got talking to their Sales Manager and we agreed that I would take some models and do a little Bridal Shoot to refresh their images of the venue.

I sent out a request for volunteers and had several replies (thank you to all who offered) I was really pleased that Kirsty & Adam (Wedding Clients from April) were happy to help me out, I know Kirsty was delighted at the thought of getting back into her beautiful Wedding Dress!

So my brief was to create 5 collection sets of images that showcase the key areas of the venue for Wedding Clients. Take a look at the finished showcards below.....





Albrighton is a lovely venue and has a good mix of nice indoor spaces and outdoor areas to photograph that account for all seasons and the unpredictable weather!

I have to say a huge thank you to GROOMS menswear in Chester for the hire of Adam's beautiful suit. They provided a gorgeous Grey Suit with two different waistcoats from their new collection. The waistcoat Adam wore was silver, however the other was fuchsia pink and was fantastic, although we didnt have flowers to match it. (it would have looked amazing at the Wedding of Mo & Mark on my previous blog post, as it matched their bridesmaids and bright pink hydrangea centre pieces) Do consider hiring from Grooms, should you be planning a Wedding in the North West. Also, I must thank Nettle, a florist and giftware shop near Tattenhall. They create wonderful natural country flowers, perfect for Vintage, Country style Weddings. Just fabulous and a lovely lady to work with and plan your wedding flowers.
